Principe de Asturias: launched in 1918. Prince or Princess of Asturias (Spanish: Príncipe/Princesa de Asturias) is the main substantive title used by the heir apparent or heir presumptive to the throne of Spain. By the introduction date of the perfume, 1918, I can only assume the Principe de Asturias was either Alfonso or Juan, the sons of Alfonso XIII.
